I forgot to blog about our campin' trip on the 24th of July. My parents staked out a camping spot and we drove up Saturday morning and stayed over night and came home Sunday afternoon. When I was a little girl my favorite thing about camping was big bubbles. Where we live in the desert you can't make big bubbles because it's too dry but up in the mountains it's perfect for it. Macey had fun with her little bubble maker which is made out of two straws and string. Justin made a big bubble wand out of PVC pipe and rope. It was pretty awesome.

I made Kirby a dutch oven apple cobbler for her birthday instead of the traditional chocolate cake. (Actually, I was just being lazy, it's to stinkin hot to turn the oven on.)

Sunday morning Macey was walking around in her jammies, with her blankie and chocolate milk, the same as she would be if we were home. :-)

I made Justin take me on a date last Wednesday. We have never gone and done sealings before so we went and did that. It was soo fun! My mom had a few names for us to do so we did that and a bunch of others. After the temple we had dinner at Paula's (mexican restaurant) and then we went and picked up the girls at Grammys house and went home. It was our first real date since having Maddy, so it was fun to get out and do something without the girls.

You are so brave to take your baby camping. We made that mistake with Austin so Riley will not be going camping until he is two or three! Cute girls you guys have!
